No Unauthorized Email Collection

Relevant Law — Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

• No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from an internet homepage without the prior consent of its operator or administrator.
• No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
• No one shall use, for information transmission, email addresses that they know were collected, sold, or distributed in violation of paragraphs 1 and 2.

※ A person who violates the above provisions is subject to imprisonment of up to 1 year or a fine of up to KRW 10 million under Article 74 of the same Act.

Effective Date

This policy is effective as of July 4, 2026.
