S&S Tech operates a reporting system to systematically practice ethics management. It receives reports of ethics-management violations and takes action, serving as a communication channel that supports employees’ sound judgment and conduct.
Main Reporting Subjects
Matters related to transactions with suppliers and stakeholders
Solicitation or acceptance of money or entertainment, and illegal or improper conduct by employees
Coercion of improper work handling by abusing one’s position
Any other act deemed contrary to company rules or the company’s interests
Reporter Protection
Reporters are protected from any disadvantage on account of their report.
The reporter’s confidentiality is strictly guaranteed, with measures to prevent identity exposure.
If any disadvantage in status arises from a report, we take responsible measures such as restoration.
